Subscriptions

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
If you request a refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment and have not substantially used paid features, we will refund that payment in full.
If you request a refund within 48 hours of a renewal charge and have not used paid features since that renewal, we will refund the renewal.
Otherwise, subscription payments are non-refundable, and we do not give partial refunds for unused time.

Credit packs

An unused credit pack can be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase.
Once any credits from a pack have been used, that pack is non-refundable.
Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Service failures

If a paid action fails because of a problem on our side, we will restore the credits used or refund the charge.

How to request a refund

Email support@aifruit.app from the address you used at checkout and include your order ID or receipt. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank or PayPal may take 5–10 business days to show them.

Disputes

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or PayPal. We can usually resolve the issue faster directly.
