Acceptable Use Policy

Rules for using AI Fruit, including our zero-tolerance content policy

Purpose

AI Fruit provides AI-powered video, image, and music generation tools. This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) explains what you may and may not do with the Service and the content you generate. It forms part of our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to this AUP.

Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to create, request, distribute, or attempt to create any of the following:

  1. Sexual or nude content of minors (zero tolerance): Any content depicting, suggesting, or sexualizing children or minors — including animated, illustrated, or AI-generated depictions. This includes CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material) and related terms. We report confirmed CSAM to the relevant authorities and cooperate with law enforcement.

  2. Sexually explicit content (NSFW): Pornographic material, explicit sexual acts, nudification, or content sexualizing real people without consent.

  3. Non-consensual intimate imagery: Deepfakes or any imagery of a real person in a sexual context created without their consent.

  4. Violence and gore: Graphic violence, torture, or content that promotes harm to people or animals.

  5. Hate speech and harassment: Content that attacks or demeans a group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics; or content that harasses, doxes, or stalks individuals.

  6. Illegal content and activity: Content that violates applicable law, promotes illegal activity, or facilitates crime.

  7. Malicious use: Generating malware, phishing content, or content designed to deceive or defraud.

Attempted Bypass

Attempting to bypass content safety systems — through obfuscated prompts, alternate spellings, indirect phrasing, or any other means — is a violation of this policy. Blocked attempts are logged and may result in account suspension.

Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, refund or withhold credits, and take other actions at our discretion to enforce this policy. Automated moderation may block requests before generation. We reserve the right to report serious violations to authorities.

Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
